ADMISSION PROCESS
Admission process for enrolling students for following courses commencing from 18th February 2010 will be as under
- Certificate course in Embedded System Design
01 There will be common entrance test scheduled on
17.01.2010 from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at Pune, New Delhi,
Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. The common entrance test will be
consisting of objective questions based on Basic Analog and
Digital Design, Basic C, Assembly Language, Aptitude and
Numerical Ability and Current Technologies.
02 Application form available at our Pune and Ahmedabad
centres and on our website.
03 Application and Entrance Examination fee of Rs.500/-
is to be paid in cash or by demand draft favouring ICIT Pvt.
Ltd. payable at Pune and sent with application. Student who
wishes to apply for more than one course shall submit only one
Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of “ICIT PVT.LTD".
04 Applicant’s name and full address must be mentioned on
the reverse of demand draft.
05 The names of the successful students will be displayed
at ICIT Pune and on its website on or before 22.01.2010.
06 Students clearing the CET have to remit the First
installment of Rs. 10,000/- on or before 30.01.2010.
07 Students are required to remit the balance fee of
Rs.40,000/- on or before 18.02.2010.
08 Student who has paid first installment of Rs.10,000/-
and does not pay Balance fee of Rs.40,000/- will not be given
refund of first installment.
09 From 01.02.2010, waitlisted students will be given
preference for vacant seats. (vacant due to non receipt of First
installment from listed students).
Issue of Hall Tickets: Hall tickets will not be issued. The receipt sent by us will be treated as Hall Tickets. Seat Nos will be displayed at the centre One hour before CET. Those who do not receive receipt shall bring Xerox Copy of Demand Draft and Application.
Guidelines for Reserved Category:
As per Directives of State of Maharashtra only the students domiciled in the State of Maharashtra are considered in Reservation Category. Please note that if you do not attach a Caste Certificate in support, your application for admission against the quota of seats reserved for students of backward class, would not be considered. If you belong to NTC/NTD or OBC category, please submit Creamy Layer Free Certificate of Competent Authority. Caste Validity Certificate is necessary from scheduled tribes student.
COURSE FEE FOR CERTIFICATE COURSE IN EMBEDDED SYSTEM DESIGN:
The course fee is Rs.50000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) which is
non refundable. The First installment of Rs.10000/- is to be
paid on or before 30.01.2010 and balance fee of Rs.40000/- ( Rs.
Forty thousand only) to be paid on or before commencement of
course i.e. 18.02.2010.. The fee is to be remitted by cash/DD
drawn in favour of 'ICIT Pvt. Ltd'. payable at Pune.
